Students of Fedpoly Oko protest against School's lingering strike

At about 2pm today, there was a protest in Fedpoly Oko which is located in Anambra state, just a stone throw away from the abode of the late Alex Ekwueme.

The students protested against the  strike that has rocked the school for more than a month now, preventing lectures for the 2017/2018 academic session.

During the protest, the protesting students locked some of the school gates, thereby preventing smooth entry and exit from the school. It was a peaceful protest, no properties were destroyed.

The academic staff of the school have been on strike following the failure of the school authorities to meet up with their salary demand.
