Mama's boys hardly or never make good husbands. You should have discovered this before marrying him.
Nevertheless, What you should do is to live away from his family. Have your own separate house with your husband. Try and get a strong source of income for yourself so you won't have to always ask. Finally, get him mesmerized with your love, get involved in every part of his life, this will help in making him value you as much as he values his family.
