Most married women, especially those in Christian families are sex-starved.
This may not be because they don't have sex regularly with their husbands, but perhaps because they don't get satisfied. Some don't even know what an orgasm feels like. They do the basics, and it ends there.
The basics won't always give you an orgasmic sex. It is your duty to please your husband sexually, it is his duty to please you sexually. Most importantly, it is your duty to please yourself sexually.
Stop waiting to get an orgasm. Struggle for your orgasm. Stop being dead during sex. It doesn't only kill the libido of a man, it hinders you from getting satisfied.
Men, stop being selfish in bed. That you are satisfied doesn't make it complete, she needs to be satisfied too.
