Stormy Daniels would give up $130G to share her Trump secrets

Stormy Daniels is willing to give up her hush money to tell America the truth about President Trump.

The adult film star knows she might have to sacrifice the $130,000 she received to stay mum about her one-year fling with Trump, her lawyer said Wednesday.

“I think she may have to, and she’s prepared to do that,” lawyer Michael Avenatti said on NBC News’ “Today.”

“She believes it’s important that the public learn the truth about what happened.”

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, sued President Trump on Tuesday night over their 2016 agreement not to discuss the affair.

Her argument is that Trump — under the name David Dennison — didn’t sign the agreement, which was facilitated by his longtime attorney Michael Cohen.

Daniels and the entity set up to funnel the money to her both signed the accord.

“Mr. Trump did not sign. We believe that that was so that he could later claim deniability, and therefore, from a legal perspective, we believe she’s free to talk,” Avenatti said.

But he wouldn’t confirm claims that Daniels has evidence — such as photos or other tangible items — to back up her claims about the affair.

“That’s a question Ms. Daniels will ultimately have to answer,” he said.

Cohen has said he paid Daniels with his own money, and wasn’t reimbursed by the Trump Organization or the campaign.

“We think it’s highly questionable as to whether it came from his personal funds,” he said.

Avenatti said the idea Cohen would do such a risky negotiation on his own, without informing his boss of roughly a decade, “quite honestly, I think, is ludicrous.”

Cohen also previously provided a statement to media from Daniels, which Avenatti argued Wednesday was coerced.

“We believe that it was done through force and intimidation,” he said. “Once she tells the truth about what happened, people are going to understand why she signed it.”

He stopped short of saying whether Daniels would sell her story, however.

“I don’t think she’s ultimately determined what she's going to do,” he said.
