For the second time in less than a year, Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson was arrested in South Florida. And this time, the alleged details are ugly.
Anderson was arrested early Friday morning in Sunrise, Florida, the Broward County Sheriff's Office confirmed to the Daily News. According to the police report, after being arrested and placed in the back seat of the police vehicle, Anderson "stated that when he got out he was going to find (the officer's) wife, f--k her and n-t in her eye."

Anderson proceeded to make more verbal threats to the officer's family, according to the report. "Based on his statements," the report reads, "it was clear that he intended to sexually assault my wife. He also began to brag about how much money he has."
Anderson was driving 105 mph in a 45-mph zone, according to the report. He drove at that speed for .75 miles before later stopping and surrendering to police. While initially trying to place Anderson in the back of the vehicle, though, the officer felt Anderson "brace, tense and refuse" to enter.
Nine charges have been filed against Anderson, according to police records: resisting an officer/obstruction without violence; harm to a public servant or family; fleeing/eluding while lights/siren active; reckless driving; failure to drive in a single lane; two counts of disobeying/avoiding a red light; speeding; and turning without a signal. The arrest occurred at 2:15 a.m.
"We are aware of the situation," a Jets spokesman said. "This is a pending legal matter and we will have no further comment."

Anderson, 24, was also arrested last year after an altercation at a concert in Miami. He's scheduled to appear in court for a trial hearing on March 19, according to court records. He was originally supposed to appear in court on Dec. 26, but the trial was continued. His charges for that arrest included felony resisting arrest with violence and obstruction of police.
Anderson is coming off a breakout second NFL season in which he led the Jets with 941 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. The Jets acquired Anderson as an undrafted free agent in 2016.
