A second attorney tied to the Trump Organization has joined a legal effort to keep porn star Stormy Daniels from talking about her alleged affair in 2006 with President Trump.
The name of attorney Jill Martin appears on documents marked “HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL” and filed in connection with a proceeding last month to keep Daniels from speaking publicly about her alleged encounters with Trump, according to CNN.
Martin is the vice president and assistant general counsel of the Trump Organization. She told the network that she made the filing “in her personal capacity” and that the company has “no involvement in the matter.”

The paperwork raises questions about claims by Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, that he provided $130,000 in hush money to Stormy Daniels in a “private transaction.” He has insisted Trump and his company were not involved.
The payment was made weeks before Election Day in 2016.

Daniels is arguing in Los Angeles court that the deal to keep her quiet is invalid.
